To
be a muslim, reciting Kalimah Syahadah is compulsory. Do U realize that once
the shahadat is proclaimed, we have to tune our thinking, understanding,
feeling, action, and decision toward it. what we have to do as a manager or
decision maker is the consistent effort to always subscribe to The Oneness,
Allah SWT. can U imagine if all decision makers in Big company or corporation
refer to the right guidance? they will consider the concept of trust (amanah),
justice ('adl), lawful-prohibited (halal-haram), promoting goodness, preventing
evils, and so many other things...etc... does it only exist in 'text book'? I
don't know, let's prove it..!!! then see what will happen to the job
performance, employee commitment and ,of course, profit...
